Buffon continues to shine for Juventus at the age of 39 and he shows no signs of slowing down at the moment.
The Italy international started his career at Parma before joining Juventus in 2001 and he has since made 493 appearances in Serie A for the club.
He has helped them win numerous titles over the years, while he has also won the World Cup with the Azzurri.
Donnarumma looks to be following in Buffon’s footsteps after already making 75 league appearances, before his 19th birthday.
Speaking about his future, Dida is expecting him to enjoy a similar path to Buffon.
He told Gianlucadimarzio.com: “Donnarumma has great potential and time is on his side.
“If he is able to concentrate on the pitch, he can follow Buffon’s career path. Buffon remains the number one in the world.”
